Week 36 Update

5th Grade Weekly Update
Dear Parents,
With only one week left of May, we are entering the fastest-paced period in any school year. As the weather continues to bring summer temperatures, the holidays will soon be here. This does not mean that we will sit back and let the hours drift idly away. There is still a lot in store for us in the coming weeks. This includes a brief look at poetry and a poetry recital in the last week of school. This will all be preceded by our reading of Bridge To Terrabithia and the writing of our own short fantasy stories. Our biggest event of the year is our journal-inspired final speech that sums up all of the most important lessons that we have learned in Grade 5.
Please don’f forget to attend our Art Exhibition next Tuesday. Art will be on display the entire day so feel free to visit any time during the day if you are able to.
